Where to Return Items

ISU Library, Interlibrary Loan, and FastTRAC items

You can return items inside any library location during its open hours.

You can return items any time at the Parks Library outdoor book and media return drop box. The box is located on the south side of the building, west of the main entrance doors. Do not return Tech Lending items in the drop box.

You may also mail items to Parks Library at 701 Morrill Rd. Ames, IA 50011. We offer pre-paid return mailing labels to all borrowers. To receive a pre-paid label, email sbaumler@iastate.edu with the total weight of the items you will mail back.

Tech Lending

You must return Tech Lending items to the Tech Lending window in Parks Library. Mailing items to Tech Lending or returning them to the Parks Library Main Desk will result in loss of Tech Lending privileges.
