SciENcv Updates, required for NIH, NSF grants

There are important updates to SciENcv (Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae), which is now required for NIH and NSF grant applications. These changes are designed to streamline the preparation of biosketches and current and pending (other) support documents.

Key Updates:

  • Mandatory use:  Starting May 25, 2025, all biosketches and support documents must be generated using SciENcv. PDF uploads will no longer be accepted.
  • Integration with ORCID:  You can now link your ORCID profile for seamless data import.
  • Simplified interface:  Enjoy a new, user-friendly design for easier navigation and document generation.

What You Need to Do:

1. Set up your SciENcv and ORCID profiles if you have not done so.

2. Update your existing biosketches to align with the new format.
