LIB 1600: Introduction to College-Level Research is now available to all students and instructors through Canvas. Taken by all undergraduates, LIB 1600 introduces students to the basic research process. Students leverage library resources to access credible sources of information, and they hone their ability to critically evaluate and use this information appropriately and ethically.
We invite instructors to use LIB 1600 course content and activities in their research assignments. You can learn more about LIB 1600 in our Spotlight video, or peruse the module pages in Canvas. Students can now access these materials throughout their time at ISU.
To access the modules:
1. Go to Canvas and select Help from the global navigation bar (red sidebar menu).
2. Select University Library
3. The LIB 1600 course materials will be found on the homepage. Access individual pages or use the Smart Search in the blue sidebar menu to search for specific terms.
In addition to course materials, this page contains resources for both students and instructors to support research and instructional needs.
Happy Researching!
